Error HTTP 500 - Integration C4C with ERP

Hi,

I am integrating c4c with ERP using SAP PI as Middleware, and i have an error with the Exchange Rate Request Service.

To run 'EXCHANGE RATE REQUEST' the log in the Web Service Message Monitoring from C4C shows the following message: HTTP Code: 500 (Internal Server Error).

The Configuration of Communication Arrangements 'REQUEST EXCHANGE RATE FROM SAP BUSINESS SUITE' is OK and el check connection is successful. the service URL is:

https://<host>:<port>/XISOAPAdapter/MessageServlet?channel=:<service_name>:COD_SOAP_ExchangeRateQuerySync_Send

Other arrangements integration with SAP work properly.
