Please check below points one by one
1) Check cost component structure - OKTZ
- Check for cost element intervals for each csst component
- Check assignment at company code & plant level.
2) Check for costing variant - OKP6
- Costing type should be 05 - Maintenance order
3) Check for Valuation variant - OKP8
- check for Material valuation, external services, Activity process etc.
- Check if this valuation variant is assigned to your plant code
4) Check if costing variant from OKP6 is assigned to plant-order type combination in OIOF. Here costing variant should be maintained in both planned & Actual.
Apart form this, verify your valuation variant settings & allocation structures are maintained correctly.
