Thanks Chris, I'm good now. Seems I got kicked out and then only had "guest" privileges only. I didn't notice and just assumed the moderator locked the thread down because it was being dealt with.

Appeon, I would love to have a talk with you on this matter because I have a little insight on this functionality from many clients. I can show you how I set my functionality up for them. It works, but I'm not entirely happy with it for the long haul, so perhaps we can address the problem that benefits everyone in the long run
