Let me understand correctly here.

If you want to move only the Initial Program creation then You can move the TR1 to production directly and it will not have any code changes you made in TR2, TR3 and TR4 if you move the transport directly from TR1 to production.

If you want to move the changes from TR2 then you need to move the transport from TR2 to production directly.
