What characteristics are you using for your counter? Unit of measure EA ( each) ?

Performance based plans

In case of performance based plans, always remember two important things

1) Annual estimate

2) Scheduling period & start counter reading.

Please check if your annual estimate is correct & you are providing start counter reading as 0.

if possible please share screenshots.
