Per posing as you mentioned

Sap is not startet, I cannot see the kernel version & release number

First i suggest you to set environment variable rsdb ssfs_connect =1. As per error logs ssfs database connection method is not using.

set_use_ext_con_info(): rsdb/ssfs_connect not set =>

 

After setting the required parameter try to share the result for R3trans -d  & provide the trans.log file again to us.

Here i could not be accurate as you're also unable to find out exact kernel version as replied earlier but you can go for above once.Hope this will help you.
